Scope of road signal bollards
Traffic signaling posts C1 and C3 are installed on public roads for the following two functions:
- Signal bars indicate the direction of the road
- signal bars indicate the boundaries of the subgrade.
Signal posts go deep into the ground so that the ground part in height is 750-1000 mm
All signal columns according to DSTU 8751-2017 have black vertical markings and a reflector on a black stripe.
Types of presented road signal posts and their differences:
Signal columns C1 are plastic solid, volumetric signal columns. Cannot be used after driving over the posts
Signal Bars C3 are flexible signal bars. After hitting a post, they return to their original vertical position after being hit by a car, and continue to be used without replacement
